after long-standing activity in the music industry, in 2004 Nermin decided to launch his label Soul45. "Let Love" by Nermin and the Austrian soul  and jazz singer Ayaah was released n 2005 , and was therefore the birth of the soulful house label Soul45.

The name Soul45 admits many associations. The original idea was to express that soulful music is not only downtempo music like R'n'B . The number 45 stood always for the faster tempo that turntables allow –  uptempo soul : Soul45!

By his activities as a club owner, event promoter, Dj and producer Nermin already knew some personalities of the music scene. This fact lead to co-operations with Housemusic legends like Keith Thompson, the New York soul diva Dawn Tallman and other highly gifted musicians.

Soul45 was soon complemented by the ambitious Dj Patrick Bo:, who contributed  some innovative remixes, as well the both swiss Djs and producers Ralf Grieco and Urs Diethelm who give the final tuning to the soul45 tracks in their mixlab studio in Zurich.
