Keith Thompson
Keith has been on a productive schedule over the past years utilizing that time to reaffirm his place in house music history. "Break 4 Love"his remake of his 1988 classic was one of the most popular club songs of 2007. From Ibiza to Europe and the US, thanks to the remix by David Vendetta the song was and still is a club favorite. After licensing it to DJCenter Records of France, it reach top 20 in several countries in Europe( 1 in some) becoming an anthem to a new generation. The video was in steady rotation internationally.

Thompson was the lead vocalist on the now classic, "Break 4 Love" by Raze in 1988, which is featured in the Grand Theft Auto (San Andreas) video game. The international hit lead him to be signed by Capitol records in 1989 where he released the innovative "Can't Take It", coining the phrase "Ragga House" which lead the way for further experiments in house.
After leaving EMI records, in 1992 he established his own label, Level 10 which released the underground classic, "The Rhythm Of Life". Originally produced by Tuta Aquino with additional remix/production by Tony Humphries including production assistance and contributions by luminaries such as Todd Terry, Louie Vega & Kenny Dope ( before their Masters At Work fame), India, and Connie Harvey. The song has been released 10 years later by Underground Solution with remixes by UBP and Johnick, and is a hit once again. "Break 4 Love" has also been getting remix treatment almost every two years on Champion Records (UK). 2005 the Funkrockers remix was released. Check www.break4love.com for more info.
Thompson has performed in all the major clubs in NYC from the Palladium, the Sound Factory, Limelight, Sound Factory Bar, to the Underground, Studio 54 and the Apollo Theater. He has toured Japan, South Korea, Switzerland, Germany, Russia, regularly performs in England, Italy and makes regular appearances in Ibiza. He has worked with producers such as Marshall Jefferson, Joe T. Vannelli, Victor Simonelli, Tony Humphries, Eric Kupper, Lenny Fontana, Scott Wozniak, Phil Asher, Chris Hornbostel, Justin Strauss and more.
